This morning, HALO and BLAZE began their heartworm treatment journey with their first injections at the vet! 🥳❤️🩹
They’ll need a calm, quiet space to recover over the next few months — and Blaze still needs a foster home for this important healing time.
Blaze came to us as part of an animal abuse case, but you’d never know it. He’s incredibly sweet, playful, and loving — truly a gentle soul who gets along with everyone. 💕 His two sisters have already been adopted, and now he’s patiently waiting for his chance.
He’s about 1 year old, 40–45 lbs, and just needs a soft place to land while his heart heals. If you can open your home to foster him, please reach out. 🙏
Thank you to Christy Horstman for fostering Halo — and a HUGE THANK YOU to the amazing donors below who fully sponsored their treatment:
